It is important to remember that the switch requires use with roller shutters equipped with a limit switch (so-called end stop), which automatically cuts off the power to the motor when the extreme positions are reached. This ensures protection of the roller shutter motor against damage and safety of use. The bistable mechanism means that you do not have to hold the key pressed during adjustment – just set it to the desired position, and the roller shutter will move until it reaches the limit or is stopped by the user.
