Flexible cable protection – conduit MONOFLEX 1425

The MONOFLEX 1425 conduit is a flexible solution for safely routing electrical cables. Made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it is characterized by high mechanical and chemical resistance, ensuring long-term protection of the installation. The gray color (RAL 7035) makes it easy to identify and blends aesthetically into the surroundings.

The conduit with a diameter of 25 mm and an inner diameter of 18.3 mm is designed for use both indoors and outdoors – but is not suitable for underground installations. Its flexibility allows for easy adaptation to complex cable routes, and the possibility of surface and concealed mounting increases its range of applications. Flame-retardant construction provides additional safety in the event of a fire.

Application and properties

MONOFLEX 1425 is a versatile product that will work in many situations:

• Installations in residential and commercial buildings: ideal for routing cables in walls, ceilings and floors.
• Outdoor installations: resistance to weather conditions allows the conduit to be used outdoors (not in the ground).
• Installations in areas exposed to mechanical damage: high mechanical strength protects cables from abrasion and other damage.
• Mounting on wood: the conduit is suitable for installation on wooden structures.
• Compliance with standards: impact and compression resistance class according to EN 61386-1 (light – class 2) guarantees safe use.
• Operating temperature range: from -5°C to 60°C, allowing the conduit to be used in various environmental conditions.

Additionally, the MONOFLEX 1425 conduit can be used in areas at risk of explosion of flammable gases and vapors (zone 2) and dust (zone 22), which confirms its versatility and safety. Thanks to its construction, it is also suitable for hollow walls and for mounting in partitions and plasterboard walls.
