Flexible conduit MONOFLEX – reliable cable protection

The MONOFLEX conduit is a flexible solution for routing electrical cables, made of durable polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It is characterized by high mechanical resistance (320N/5cm) and is available in gray (RAL 7035), which facilitates its identification in the installation. The outer diameter of the conduit is 25 mm, and the inner diameter is 18.3 mm, providing comfortable work with cables of various thicknesses.

The MONOFLEX conduit is designed for a wide range of applications – both for surface and concealed installations, inside buildings. The possibility of mounting in plasterboard walls, ceilings and partitions makes it a universal element of every electrical project. Additionally, the conduit is resistant to bending, which facilitates its routing in complex installation systems. The operating temperature range from -5 to 60°C guarantees reliable operation in various environmental conditions.

Safety and compliance with standards

The flame-retardant design of the MONOFLEX conduit increases the safety of the electrical installation. The conduit has a light impact and compression resistance class (Class 2) according to EN 61386-1. Importantly, it can be used in areas at risk of explosion of flammable gases and vapors (zone 2) and dust (zone 22), confirming its versatility and suitability for demanding industrial applications. The conduit does not contain halogens, which is important from the point of view of environmental protection and user health.
