UV-resistant halogen-free elbow 4125 HF FB (black) 4125HF_FB
Halogen-free, UV-resistant electrical conduit elbow
This is a 90° elbow designed for rigid electrical conduits, made of high-quality polycarbonate (PC). It is characterized by UV resistance, making it an ideal choice for outdoor applications and in places exposed to direct sunlight. The halogen-free material ensures safety in case of fire, minimizing the emission of toxic gases.
The elbow is black and has a nominal diameter of 25 mm. The socket construction facilitates a tight and durable installation. The bending radius of 85 mm ensures a smooth transition of cables and wires, minimizing the risk of damage during pulling. Made of raw plastic, without coating, which ensures its durability and resistance to mechanical damage.
Application and safety
This elbow is not only an element connecting pipes, but also an element improving the safety of the installation. The possibility of installation in potentially explosive atmospheres (zone 2 for gases and vapors and zone 22 for dusts) makes it indispensable in demanding industrial environments. This is particularly important in facilities where high standards of fire safety and protection against explosive hazards are required.
- UV resistance – ideal for outdoor and sun-exposed installations.
- Halogen-free construction – increased fire safety due to limited emission of toxic gases.
- Possibility of use in potentially explosive atmospheres – increases the range of applications in industry.
- Smooth bending radius – facilitates cable and wire pulling, minimizing the risk of damage.
- Made of polycarbonate (PC) – guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage.
