The internal corner cover (LHD 20x20) 8625HF HB from Kopos is an element dedicated to the aesthetic and safe completion of cable installations. Designed for ducts with a cross-section of 20x20 mm, it provides a solid connection and protection of wires inside the duct. Made of plastic, specifically ABS, it guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

Construction and application

This element is used to close the internal corners of cable ducts, providing a neat appearance of the installation. Its main task is to protect wires from mechanical damage and prevent dust and moisture from entering. Thanks to this, the installation remains clean, organized and safe to use. This corner can be used in both electrical installations and building automation systems or renewable energy sources (RES).

The cover is characterized by a bending angle of 90 degrees, which allows for a perfect fit to the corners of walls or other structural elements. Its compact dimensions – depth 21.2 mm and height 19.2 mm – allow for discreet mounting even in tight spaces. The IP40 degree of protection provides basic protection against access to wires.

This means that in the event of a fire, the cover does not release toxic gases, which increases the safety of users and facilitates evacuation. This material meets the CSN EN 50 085-1 standard, confirming its compliance with European fire safety standards. In addition, the impact resistance level of IK06 demonstrates the mechanical strength of the product. The white color (RAL 9003) provides an aesthetic appearance and easy matching to the surroundings.
