The KOPOFLEX KF 50 protective pipe is a reliable solution for the mechanical protection of power and telecommunication cables. Made of durable polyethylene (PE) with a diameter of 50 mm, it ensures the safety of installations in various conditions. Available in blue, wound in practical 50-meter sections, it simplifies installation and minimizes the number of connections.

The pipe is characterized by a flexible construction – it is externally corrugated and smooth internally, which facilitates cable pulling. It meets the ČSN EN 61386-24 standard, guaranteeing high quality and compliance with applicable standards. Each coil contains a wire or rope for pulling and a factory-mounted connector, which significantly speeds up the installation process.

Construction and properties

The construction of the KOPOFLEX KF 50 pipe is based on a double jacket, which increases its resistance to mechanical damage. The polyethylene material provides flexibility and resistance to weather conditions. The corrugated outer surface allows for easy routing of the pipe in difficult places, and the smooth inner surface minimizes friction during cable pulling. The IP67 degree of protection (when using a sealing ring) guarantees protection against moisture and dust.

The pipe has a crushing strength of type 450 according to EN 61386-24, which means it is suitable for applications requiring high mechanical resistance. Impact resistance is classified as normal, providing adequate protection under typical operating conditions. Additionally, the pipe is halogen-free, which increases the fire safety of the installation. The inside of the pipe is black, which helps to identify the cables placed inside it.
