Steel pipe mounting – reliability and durability

This Omega clamp, made of steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing, is a solid solution for mounting steel pipes with a diameter of 24 to 28 mm. It is suitable for both electrical installations and fire protection systems. The clamp design ensures stable pipe retention, minimizing the risk of displacement and damage.

The clamp is designed for lacquered steel pipes and ČSN pipes. Thanks to its construction, it copes well with mechanical loads and weather conditions – the operating temperature range is from -60°C to 250°C, and the material is UV resistant. The possibility of using it with protective hoses further increases its versatility.

Mounting and safety

The clamp is mounted using a concrete screw (e.g. SB 6.3x35) or KPO 6 anchor. The clamp is closed, which provides additional safety and connection stability. Additionally, the product is halogen-free, which is important in installations sensitive to the release of toxic gases in the event of a fire. It is important to choose the appropriate fixing element depending on the substrate and load.

Made of steel, with a hot-dip galvanized coating, the Omega clamp is characterized by high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The material has been selected to ensure long-lasting and reliable operation in various environmental conditions.
