Shielded cable duct – protection and order in installations

The SK 40x33 shielded duct is an element of the cable routing system, dedicated to separating cables based on electromagnetic compatibility. Its construction, based on hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 0.55 mm, ensures durability and reliability. Installation is simple – the duct can be combined with the EKE and PK series.

The SK 40x33 duct is not only about organizing cables, but above all, protecting against interference. Thanks to it, signals in individual cables will not affect each other, which is crucial in installations sensitive to interference. Made of steel, it offers solid mechanical protection for the cables routed inside.

Characteristic features and application

The duct consists of two parts, which facilitates cable routing and provides easy access to them if necessary. The perforated bottom allows the duct to be mounted in various configurations. Cut-outs spaced every 250 mm are used to mount PSK 1 – an additional element securing the cables. It should be remembered that using this shielded duct limits the possibility of mounting devices with a larger mounting depth.

The IP40 degree of protection provides basic protection against solid objects larger than 1mm.
