Universal floor box – a solid solution for installers and users

This universal KUP 80 FB floor box is a reliable element of underfloor installation systems. Made of durable polyamide (PA), it provides durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Its construction is designed for easy installation and subsequent access to cables, which will be appreciated by both professionals and those who independently deal with installations.

The KUP 80 FB box offers the possibility of installing up to six devices, making it an ideal solution for more complex installations. Compatibility with standard electrical accessories makes it easy to integrate with existing systems. The black color (RAL 9005) allows the box to be discreetly integrated into the surroundings.

Installation and adjustment – flexibility first and foremost

The KUP 80 FB box is designed with installation flexibility in mind. The ability to adjust the height of the internal insert using screws in the corners allows you to adapt the box to different thicknesses of the concrete layer – from 80 to 95 mm. For thicker concrete layers, it is recommended to use a leveling kit SN (available separately). The box is adapted for the installation of VBU cable glands and PUK floor ducts, which increases its functionality and range of applications. Additionally, the cover plate included in the packaging protects the box from being flooded with concrete during construction work.

Application and specification

The KUP 80 FB box is used in commercial and residential buildings where an aesthetic and functional electrical installation under the floor is required. Its dimensions (332 mm wide, 250 mm high and 80 mm long) allow for convenient placement of devices and cables. The number of units to be installed on the front and back is three each, providing sufficient space for various installation configurations. It should be remembered that the box is not intended for wet cleaning.
