Construction and functionality

The ladder is characterized by a solid construction based on a mortise and tenon connection of stringers with profiled steps with a depth of 80 mm. This ensures safety and comfort during work. Two self-locking rollers with a diameter of 80 mm facilitate moving the ladder along the guide, and the two-component feet increase its stability on the ground. At the top of the ladder there are travel mechanisms with a brake and rollers mounted in plain bearings, which guarantee smooth and controlled movements. The travel mechanism compensates for slight differences in the guide width – up to 2 cm – which facilitates assembly and use. Additionally, the ladder is adapted for aisles with a maximum width of 1.60 m.

Safety and identification

Safety is a priority. The ladder has a label with a wosatec QR code, allowing for mandatory technical inspection of the product during operation. The ribbed steps increase grip, minimizing the risk of slipping. Thanks to the use of anodized aluminum (particularly important in places requiring high hygiene), keeping hands clean is much easier.
