This cast iron floor inlet, also known as a basement inlet, is a robust solution for draining water from various surfaces. Made of durable cast iron, it ensures long-lasting and reliable operation even in harsh conditions. Load class A15 (1.5 tons) guarantees resistance to mechanical loads, making it ideal for areas with high traffic.

Design and application

The inlet features a round grate shape and a vertical DN100 outlet with a siphon. The siphon prevents unpleasant odors from the sewer from returning to the room. Painted black, the inlet looks aesthetically pleasing and blends into the surroundings. It is particularly recommended for installation in basements, utility rooms, garages, and also on courtyard routes – anywhere where effective drainage of rainwater or wastewater is needed. Please note that the inlet is not intended for installation in ceilings.
