The possibility of reusing the gasket after disassembly further reduces investment costs. The connection is ready for use immediately after installation, and the guaranteed tightness provides peace of mind for both the installer and the end user. The flexibility of the connection allows for small corrections of pipe and fitting deviations after installation.

Construction and material – durability for years

The gasket is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) of the SEBS type, which guarantees high resistance to abrasion, weather conditions and the action of wastewater. Its construction in the form of a flanged sleeve with bulges on the outer surface and protrusions (lips) on the inner part ensures a perfect fit to the socket of the cast iron pipe. Installation is simple – just place the gasket in the socket of the pipe/fitting, lubricate the surfaces with a lubricant (e.g. washing-up liquid) and slide the elements into the gasket to the appropriate depth. Remember to remove any overflows or burrs from the connected elements to avoid damaging the gasket. A bevelled cut of the bare end wall of the pipe/fitting facilitates the assembly process.
