The patch cord is made of CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) wires, which is a compromise between cost and performance. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket ensures safety – in the event of a fire, it releases a minimal amount of toxic fumes and gases, which is particularly important in public buildings. The durable, molded RJ-45 connector with male contacts provides a secure connection and protects against mechanical damage. The outer cable diameter is 6.0mm, and the wire gauge is 26AWG (7 x 0.16mm) ensuring adequate flexibility and durability.
