Universal keystone RJ45 connector – networking at your fingertips

This RJ45 keystone connector is a practical solution for both networking professionals and end-users who want to expand their network independently. It allows for easy creation of connections in surface-mounted and flush-mounted systems, as well as in 10” and 19” panels. It will also work as a simple connector for joining two cables terminated with RJ45 plugs.

Solid construction and reliability

Made of durable ABS with phosphor bronze contacts, this connector provides a stable and reliable connection. The use of Category 6 (Cat. 6) guarantees data transmission speeds up to 1 Gbps, which is sufficient for most home and office applications. The U/UTP (unshielded) design makes it compatible with most standard network cables. Additionally, the socket has been tested and withstands over 750 connection/disconnection cycles, demonstrating its high quality and durability.

Future-proof – PoE support

The connector supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology, meaning it can supply power to devices such as IP cameras or VoIP phones directly through the network cable. A maximum voltage of 36V allows it to work with a wide range of PoE devices. This convenient solution eliminates the need for additional power cables and simplifies installation. The keystone port dimensions are 14.6 mm wide and 16.2 mm high, ensuring compatibility with most standard keystone boxes and panels. The entire connector measures 32.7 mm long, 16.4 mm wide, and 19.9 mm high – compact dimensions make it easy to install even in tight spaces. The recommended operating ambient temperature is -10 to 60°C, allowing it to be used in various environmental conditions.
