Construction and signal protection

The key to its performance is its advanced construction. The core of the patch cord consists of copper wires (CU) with a thickness of 7 x 0.135 mm, ensuring good conductivity. Additional HDPE insulation with a thickness of 1.02 mm effectively separates individual wire pairs, minimizing the risk of interference. The whole is protected by double shielding – foil and metal braid – which protects the signal from electromagnetic interference (S/FTP). This ensures stable data transmission and resistance to external influences.

Safety and compliance with standards

The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket material is an important asset in terms of fire safety. In the event of a fire, it releases significantly fewer toxic gases than traditional PVC, increasing user safety and facilitating evacuation. The patch cord reaches a maximum operating frequency of 500 MHz, guaranteeing high bandwidth and support for the latest network standards. The cable with a length of 5 meters (500 cm) and an outer diameter of 6 mm is easy to install and adapt to different network configurations.
