The Lanberg Rack PDU power strip is a solid solution for professionals who need reliable power in 10" and 19" rack cabinets. Designed for server rooms, data centers and other demanding environments, it provides a stable power supply to connected devices. Its design allows for easy installation and flexible adaptation to different configurations.

Construction and functionality

The PDU strip is made of high-quality aluminum, which guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The compact 1U height allows for efficient use of space in the rack cabinet. Thanks to the detachable mounting ears, the strip can be mounted both in the standard position and reversed, which increases installation flexibility. The 2-meter cable length provides freedom to connect to the power source.

It features three Schuko (type F) sockets, allowing you to connect a wide range of devices. A 16A automatic fuse protects the circuit against overload and short circuit – as with most circuit breakers in this class. Characteristic C allows it to react more slowly to short current surges, making it well suited for starting devices with a motor. The maximum power of the strip is 4000W, which allows you to connect even energy-intensive devices. In addition, the excess cross-section of the power cable ensures stable operation even under full load.

Safety first

The Lanberg PDU strip is equipped with surge protection, which protects connected devices from sudden voltage spikes. The SPD version offers an additional layer of protection by using a built-in varistor. An LED indicates the protection status, giving the user constant insight into the operation of the overvoltage protection – this is particularly important in a server environment where sensitive devices are exposed to voltage changes.
