This 27U rack cabinet is a robust solution for organizing and securing telecommunications equipment. Designed for both professional installers and end-users, it provides efficient use of space and easy access to devices. The flat-pack design facilitates transport and assembly, while perforated front and rear doors ensure adequate air circulation.

Construction and functionality

The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability. Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel, it offers an impressive load capacity – up to 1200 kg. The use of increased thickness of key structural elements – the top and bottom covers, frame and horizontal beams – translates into stability and resistance to loads. The set includes wheels with brakes and feet, making it easy to move and stably position the cabinet. Additionally, the cabinet has a built-in LCD panel with a thermostat, clock and manual fan control, allowing for precise temperature management.

Cooling and safety

Effective cooling is crucial for the proper operation of server equipment. The cabinet is equipped with a ventilation opening in the upper part of the structure and space for mounting four fans (a fan panel with 4 fans is included). This ensures optimal airflow and maintains the appropriate operating temperature of the devices. User safety is guaranteed by grounding (front, rear doors and frame) and solid front, rear and side locks. The cabinet meets ANSI/EIA RS-310-D, DIN 41491/PART 1, DIN 41494/PART 7, ETSI and IEC297-2:1982 standards.

Easy assembly and expansion

Thanks to the flat-pack design, the cabinet can be easily transported even in vehicles with limited cargo space. The assembly process is intuitive and supported by paper instructions and detailed instructional videos available online.
