Construction and user features

The rack is delivered in flat pack form – disassembled into elements for self-assembly. This facilitates transport, especially in vehicles with limited cargo space, and also gives you full control over the installation process. This allows it to be easily brought into the room and assembled on site without the need to involve additional people. The set includes all necessary mounting elements, including M6 screws, wheels with brakes, and feet.

Perforated front and rear doors provide optimal airflow, which is crucial for effective equipment cooling. A ventilation opening in the upper part of the structure further supports air circulation. The rack has four fan mounting locations (fans are not included), allowing you to customize the cooling system to your individual needs. This ensures stable operation of devices even under heavy load.

Safety and compliance with standards

The rack has been designed with the safety of the stored equipment in mind. It has an earthing system (front, rear doors and frame) that protects devices from damage caused by electrical discharges. Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel, it is characterized by high strength and resistance to mechanical damage. The maximum static load of the rack is 800 kg.

The rack meets the requirements of standards: ANSI/EIA RS-310-D, DIN 41491/PART 1, DIN 41494/PART 7, ETSI and IEC297-2:1982, which confirms its quality and compliance with international industry standards. IP20 protection class provides basic protection against access to internal elements.
