This flexible, shielded ÖLFLEX® SERVO 2XSLCH-JB cable is the ideal solution for connecting inverters to motors, where high flexibility and resistance to interference are required. The construction with copper cores with a cross-section of 50 mm² and additional auxiliary cores 3G10 ensure efficient energy transmission even in demanding industrial applications. The cable is designed for long-term and safe operation, both in fixed and occasionally moving installations.
Durability and protection in harsh conditions
The ÖLFLEX® SERVO cable is distinguished by its high resistance to external factors. Made of halogen-free materials, it meets strict fire safety standards (IEC 60332-3-24, IEC 60332-3-25, IEC 60332-1-2) and is characterized by low emission of smoke and toxic gases (IEC 61034-2). Additionally, the HFFR coating and shielding provide protection against UV radiation and electromagnetic interference. The possibility of use in dry, humid and wet environments, as well as outdoors (within a specified temperature range), makes it a universal choice for various installations.
Construction tailored to the needs of modern applications
The cable is designed to minimize the risk of damage and ensure long life. Flexible stranded cores (class 5) facilitate assembly and allow maintaining flexibility even with frequent bending. Color identification of the cores facilitates correct connection, and the round cable shape ensures convenience in routing. Thanks to high-quality insulating materials (XLPE), the cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C during continuous operation and from -15°C to +90°C during installation. The approximate outer diameter is 30.9 mm, and the weight is 2530 kg/km. The minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 123.6 mm and in moving installations without guidance is 463.5 mm.
