ÖLFLEX® 150 control cable – reliability and versatility in every application

The ÖLFLEX® 150 cable is a flexible solution for wiring control circuits in machines and industrial installations. Designed for medium mechanical loads, it performs perfectly in both dry and humid environments, as well as in places exposed to contact with oils. This cable is ideal for fixed and occasionally moving connections where tensile loads do not occur. Its outer PVC jacket provides resistance to acids and alkalis, increasing its durability and range of applications.

Construction and properties

ÖLFLEX® 150 is characterized by high quality workmanship, confirmed by compliance with European standard H05VV5-F and the ◁HAR▷ mark. This guarantees reliability and safety of use. This cable has 18 cores with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², made of oxygen-free copper, which ensures excellent electrical conductivity. The cores are protected against mechanical damage by a braid. In addition, the cable exhibits high oil resistance in accordance with DIN EN 50363-4-1 (TM5), making it an ideal choice for applications in the automotive, food or machinery industries.

Universality and certificates

This multi-standard cable has UL/CSA certificates, which allows its use in the North American market. Proven resistance to ECOLAB® disinfectants and cleaning agents makes it suitable for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Thanks to its wide acceptance in Europe (◁HAR▷ mark) and the possibility of use in various countries, ÖLFLEX® 150 is an economical logistical solution – reducing the need to have many different types of cables. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +70°C.
