Construction and properties

The ÖLFLEX® 150 cable is made of copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², which ensure good conductivity. PVC insulation guarantees resistance to chemical damage – including acids and bases. The outer PVC jacket further protects the conductors from external factors. This makes the cable ideal for industrial applications where it is exposed to contact with various substances. The cable construction allows for fixed and occasionally moving connections, without tensile loads. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9 mm, and the minimum bending radius during flexible use is 135 mm.

Certificates and compliance with standards

The ÖLFLEX® 150 cable meets the requirements of the harmonized European type H05VV5-F, which confirms its quality and reliability – marked with the ◁HAR▷ symbol. It also has a UL/CSA certificate allowing its use in the North American market. Additionally, the cable exhibits high oil resistance (DIN EN 50363-4-1 TM5) and is resistant to disinfectants and cleaning agents ECOLAB®.
