The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 10G0.75 control cable is a versatile solution for wiring control circuits in machines, industrial installations and buildings. Construction and properties

The cable is made of copper stranded wires of class 5 (flexible stranded), insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The cores are numbered with digits, which facilitates identification and connection. The outer jacket made of PVC provides additional protection against mechanical damage, moisture and the influence of oils – it is resistant to acids and alkalis. This makes the cable suitable for harsh industrial conditions. The rated voltage U/U0 is 500 V / 300 V, respectively.

Applications and compliance with standards

The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 10G0.75 cable is ideal for use in dry and damp rooms, both inside machines and between plants. It will be useful for wiring control circuits, fixed connections and occasionally moving connections without tensile loads. The cable construction is also suitable for twisting applications in wind turbines. It meets the requirements of DIN EN 50290-2-22 (TM54) regarding oil resistance and has passed VDE tests confirming its quality and safety. The minimum bending radius for fixed installations is 38.4 mm, and for moving installations without guidance – 96 mm.
