The ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 control cable is a proven choice for both professional installers and end-users. Construction and properties

This cable is characterized by a 10G1.5 construction – meaning 10 cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm². The cores are made of copper, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity. The insulation made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) provides good protection against mechanical damage and chemical influences. Additionally, the cable has a protective conductor, which increases the level of safety. The cores are black and numbered, making identification easier during installation and servicing. The whole is surrounded by an outer jacket made of PVC, providing additional protection.

The ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 cable is resistant to oils (according to IEC 60811-404), making it an ideal solution in industrial environments. It can be used at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C after installation (without vibration), and during installation in the range of -15°C to +70°C. The minimum bending radius in flexible installations is 116 mm, and in fixed installations 46.4 mm – making it easier to route cables even in tight spaces. The reaction to fire class is Eca (EN 13501-6), which provides a basic level of fire safety.
