Construction and properties

The cable is made of 12 twisted, fine-wire copper cores with flexibility class 5, which facilitates installation and provides flexibility in difficult conditions. Each core has a black, numbered PVC insulation, which makes identification and connection easier. Additionally, the cable is equipped with a protective conductor for increased safety. The outer jacket made of PVC in gray (RAL7001) protects the cores from mechanical damage and external factors. The cable is oil-resistant according to IEC 60811-404, making it an ideal solution for industrial environments exposed to contact with oils.

Application and technical parameters

The Olflex Classic 110 cable is used as a control and connection cable. It has a cross-section of 1 mm² and is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 500 V (300/500 V). It can be used in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C in fixed installations and from -15°C to +70°C in mobile installations. The minimum bending radius is 42 mm for fixed installations and 105 mm for mobile installations, which makes it easy to route cables even in tight spaces. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 10.5 mm, and its weight is approximately 205 kg/km. The fire reaction class is Eca, providing a basic level of fire protection.
