Construction and properties

The ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 cable consists of 12 multi-wire, flexible strands with a cross-section of 1 mm², made of copper. The strands are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and numbered, which facilitates identification during installation and servicing. The whole is surrounded by a gray outer PVC coating, providing additional protection against mechanical damage and the influence of chemical factors. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C after installation (without vibration). The minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 42 mm, and in moving installations without guidance – 105 mm, which facilitates routing cables even in tight spaces.
