The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 cable with 15G0,75 configuration is a professional solution for control and automation installations. Made of 15 copper cores with a cross-section of 0,75 mm² each, it ensures reliable connections in industrial systems. The class 5 multi-wire construction guarantees flexibility while maintaining mechanical durability.

Electrical and environmental parameters

The cable operates at a rated voltage of 300V/500V, making it suitable for most control applications. PVC insulation and a grey PVC outer sheath provide resistance to mechanical damage and most chemical compounds. The operating temperature is -40°C to +80°C after installation and -15°C to +70°C during installation.

An outer diameter of 10,9 mm with a weight of 209 kg/km allows for economical installation routing. The minimum bending radius is 43,6 mm for fixed installations and 109 mm for non-guided moving applications.

Safety and standards

The cable meets the requirements of the IEC 60332-1-2 fire resistance standard, which prevents flame propagation. The reaction to fire class according to EN 13501-6 is Eca. It features one yellow-green protective conductor for user safety. Core identification is implemented via digital markings on a black background.

Thanks to its unshielded construction, it is suitable for standard control applications without EMC requirements. It is suitable for both fixed installations and periodic moving use without tension. The wide operating temperature range enables use in various environmental conditions.
