Construction and operating parameters

ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 is constructed with multi-wire copper conductors, insulated with high-quality PVC (LAPP P8/1). The conductors are twisted in layers, and the whole is surrounded by a gray (RAL 7001) outer jacket made of PVC, providing additional protection. The cable has 21 conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², which allows its use in more complex control systems. The conductors are marked with black numbers according to VDE 0293-334, which facilitates identification during assembly and service. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor.

The use of high-quality materials guarantees an allowable operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C (fixed installation) and from -15°C to +70°C (occasional bending). The minimum bending radius for flexible installations is 117 mm, and for fixed installations 46.8 mm. The rated voltage of the cable is 500 V (300/500 V), which ensures safe operation in most industrial and domestic applications.
