Control cable for a wide range of applications

ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 control cable is a flexible cable with PVC insulation, designed for fixed installations and occasional bending without tensile stress. It is suitable for both dry and damp rooms, exposed to medium mechanical loads. This cable is particularly recommended for applications requiring oil resistance and in wind turbines, where torsional movement occurs.

This cable is characterized by high-quality workmanship and has VDE certification, confirming its compliance with European safety standards. Available in a wide range of lengths and core configurations – up to 100 conductors in one cable – allowing it to be adapted to individual needs.

Construction and properties

The ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 cable is constructed of fine, multi-wire copper conductors, insulated with PVC. The conductors are arranged in layers and twisted, ensuring flexibility and ease of installation. The outer jacket made of PVC in gray (RAL 7001) protects the cable from mechanical damage and external factors. Additionally, the cable is resistant to the action of oils in accordance with DIN EN 50290-2-22 (TM54).

Version 34G1.0 means 34 conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm², with a protective conductor (GN-YE). The conductors are numbered with black paint for easy identification during installation. The rated voltage of the cable is 300/500 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 17.1 mm.

The minimum bending radius for fixed installations is 68.4 mm, and for mobile installations – 171 mm. When used in chain guides, the bending radius should be at least 256.5 mm.
