The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 cable is a versatile solution for running control and signaling installations. Construction and properties

This cable has five cores with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², which are black and numbered for easy identification. It is made of copper, which ensures good electrical conductivity. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.2 mm. The cores are surrounded by PVC insulation, and the entire cable has an outer coating also made of PVC. This construction provides resistance to abrasion, stretching and the action of many chemicals – including oils. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C after installation (without vibration), which allows it to be used in various environmental conditions. The minimum bending radius during installation is only 24.8 mm for fixed installations, 62 mm for moving without guidance and 93 mm for moving with forced guidance – which makes installation easier even in tight spaces.
