Construction and properties for demanding installations

The cable is made of copper cores with a cross-section of 1 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The cores are black, numbered for easy identification, and the cable also has a protective earth core. The outer jacket made of PVC provides resistance to many chemicals and mechanical damage. This makes the cable suitable for dry and humid environments, both indoors and outdoors. The minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 40 mm, and in moving installations without guidance – 100 mm, which facilitates installation even in tight spaces. The cable remains flexible even at low temperatures down to -15°C during installation and operation down to -40°C after installation.

The ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 9G1 cable is ideal for fixed and occasionally moving connections without tensile stress. It can be used in the wiring of control circuits of machines and equipment, as well as in industrial and commercial building installations. It meets the CPR Eca standard, which guarantees its fire safety. It is also oil-resistant according to DIN EN 50290-2-22 (TM54). The availability of many lengths and the possibility of ordering individual sections increase user comfort.
