Construction and application

The UNITRONIC® Li2YCYv (TP) 2x2x0.5 cable is characterized by a construction with two pairs of copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², twisted to reduce interference. The conductors are insulated with PVC, and the entire cable is surrounded by a braided copper screen, which provides high resistance to electromagnetic interference (EMC). This makes it ideal for use in environments with a high level of interference. It can be used in both dry and humid and wet rooms.

This cable is used in control, regulation and measurement circuits. It will work in machine interfaces, automation systems and wherever reliable transmission of low-frequency data is required. It is particularly recommended for industrial environments exposed to electromagnetic interference. In addition, the outer material is resistant to UV radiation and oils, allowing it to be used outdoors (taking into account the operating temperature range).
