The UNITRONIC® LiYCY (TP) cable is a flexible solution for transmitting signals in indoor installations. Construction and application

The LiYCY (TP) cable consists of single copper cores, insulated with PVC, twisted in pairs. These cores are surrounded by an aluminum foil screen, which minimizes the influence of electromagnetic interference. The whole is protected by an outer PVC jacket, providing mechanical and chemical resistance. The outer jacket is to some extent resistant to the action of oils. This cable is intended for use in dry and humid rooms, with light mechanical loads. It is ideal for machine interfaces, computer systems and control and regulation devices. It should be remembered that it is intended for fixed connections – it is not a cable for dynamic applications.
