Made of polyurethane (PUR), this cable is characterized by exceptional resistance to mineral oils, greases and many chemicals. The PUR jacket also provides high mechanical resistance, which is crucial in applications exposed to loads and abrasion. The possibility of use outdoors – even in humid and wet conditions – expands the scope of its applications. The cable performs well in computer systems, control devices, office machines and scales.

Construction and parameters

The cable consists of eight conductors (4x2x0.25 mm²), made of stranded copper. The conductors are color-coded for easy identification, and the shielding in the form of a braid of tinned copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference. The conductor insulation is made of gray-beige PUR. The outer diameter of the cable is 7.6 mm. The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +80°C. This makes it suitable for operation in variable temperature conditions. It should be noted that the cable does not have a protective conductor.
