Construction and resistance to external factors

The ÖLFLEX® 540 P cable has tinned copper conductors, which guarantee good conductivity and corrosion resistance. The core insulation is made of PUR (polyurethane), and the outer jacket is also made of PUR, providing exceptional resistance to abrasion, cuts, punctures, and the action of mineral oils, lubricants, diluted acids, and other chemicals. The yellow color of the outer jacket increases visibility and improves safety – minimizing the risk of mechanical damage and accidents. Additionally, the cable remains flexible even at low temperatures, down to -40°C.
