Universal power cable for various applications

The ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 100 H cable is a versatile solution for medium mechanical loads, ideal for both fixed and occasionally moving installations. It is suitable for circuits requiring higher rated voltage, both in dry and humid environments. Its flexibility is maintained even at low temperatures (down to -30°C), making it reliable in harsh conditions. This cable is widely used in the wiring of machine control circuits and between plants, as well as in specific applications such as wind turbines.

The construction of ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 100 H also allows it to be used in construction – it meets the requirements for fire protection. The outer jacket made of HFFR (halogen-free) material is exceptionally resistant to acids and alkalis, increasing its durability and safety.

Safety and compliance with standards

This cable is distinguished by a high level of electrical safety, confirmed by a test voltage of 4000 V. It has fire-retardant properties tested by VDE and is classified in accordance with EU Directive 305/2011 (BauPVO/CPR). Flame-retardant materials minimize the risk of fire spreading and the emission of toxic gases during a fire. In addition, the cable is characterized by increased resistance to oils (DIN EN 50363-4-1 and UL OIL RES I and OIL RES II), making it suitable for industrial applications.

The cores are color-coded for easy identification, and an additional protective conductor (yellow-green) increases safety.
