The ÖLFLEX® ROBOT 900 DP cable is a shielded power and control cable designed to operate in dynamic conditions with bending and twisting. It is ideal for industrial robotics, handling equipment, and applications requiring resistance to external factors. The cable's construction ensures reliable operation even with frequent movements and mechanical loads.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by high flexibility thanks to the use of fine or extra-fine stranded copper conductors. The core insulation is made of TPE, and the entire cable is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, which provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, and the action of mineral oils, diluted acids, alkaline solutions, and other chemicals. Additionally, the cable has a spiral shield made of copper braid, protecting against electromagnetic interference. The torsional resistance reaches +/- 180°/m, making it an ideal solution for industrial robots. The cable remains flexible even at low temperatures, down to -40°C.

The ÖLFLEX® ROBOT 900 DP cable is designed to operate at a nominal voltage of up to 48V AC (for cross-sections up to 0.34 mm²) and 300/500 V AC (for larger cross-sections). It has a test voltage resistance of up to 1500 V (up to 0.34 mm²) or 3000 V (above 0.34 mm²). It can be used in dry, wet, and harsh environments.
