This high-quality UNITRONIC® BUS CAN cable is designed for reliable communication in networks based on the CAN and CAN FD protocols. It is suitable for both fixed installations and applications requiring occasional movement without tensile loads. The cable is distinguished by its solid construction, providing resistance to electromagnetic interference thanks to the copper braid. Made of high-quality materials, it guarantees stable data transmission even in harsh environmental conditions. The outer PVC jacket provides resistance to acids and alkalis, as well as limited oil resistance, increasing its durability and range of applications.

Construction and properties

The UNITRONIC® BUS CAN cable is characterized by a precise construction, adapted to the specifics of data transmission in CAN systems. It consists of four cores (2 twisted pairs) with a cross-section of 0.22 mm², made of oxygen-free copper. The cores are insulated with polyethylene material, and the entire cable is shielded with a tinned copper braid, which minimizes the risk of signal interference. The rounded shape of the cable makes installation easier, and the violet color of the outer jacket facilitates identification.

The minimum bending radius is 76 mm, which should be taken into account during installation to avoid damage to the cable and loss of its transmission properties.
