Universal spiral cable for data and power transmission

The UNITRONIC® SPIRAL 18x0.14/500 spiral cable is a flexible solution for applications requiring frequent movements and cable length adjustment. Made of durable polyurethane (PUR), it provides reliable protection for internal wires and resistance to external factors. Thanks to its shielding, it minimizes electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable signal transmission. This cable is suitable for both industrial installations and mobile devices.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of 18 cores with a cross-section of 0.14 mm², insulated with PVC and surrounded by a shield. The outer jacket made of PUR is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and lubricants. The spiral construction allows the cable to be extended to a length of 2000 mm from its original length of 500 mm, making it easy to adapt to specific needs. The outer diameter is approximately 8 mm. The rated voltage U/U0 is 50 V.
