Flexible spiral cable for data and signal transmission

The UNITRONIC® SPIRAL 6x0.25/500 spiral cable is a versatile solution for applications requiring flexibility and resistance to harsh conditions. The cable's construction allows it to be stretched to four times its original length, making installation and adaptation to specific needs easier. This is particularly useful in applications where space is limited or where a variable connection length is required.

Construction and application

The cable consists of six conductors with a cross-section of 0.25 mm², made of oxygen-free copper. The conductor insulation is made of PVC, and the entire cable has a copper screen that provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket is made of polyurethane (PUR) and is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, cuts, mineral oils and many chemicals. This makes the cable suitable for demanding industrial environments, as well as outdoors (taking into account the operating temperature range).
