The LED LOWBAY FLEX 1500 P 105W 840 industrial luminaire is an efficient and energy-saving solution for lighting halls, warehouses, department stores and sports facilities. It is characterized by an attractive, linear design and high luminous efficacy, reaching up to 160 lm/W. It is an ideal replacement for traditional luminaires with mercury or metal halide lamps.

Construction and mounting

The luminaire is made of durable steel, which ensures its long-lasting reliability even in harsh industrial conditions. The design allows for both ceiling and suspension mounting. Internal wiring simplifies and speeds up installation – no tools are required thanks to the use of 5- and 7-pole self-clamping terminals. Additionally, a suspension kit and a ball-impact resistant cover are available as separate accessories.

Performance and light parameters

The light source is a 105W LED emitting a 4000K (neutral white) light color with a high color rendering index (CRI) in the range of 80-89. The light beam angle is 60 degrees, allowing for precise illumination of specific areas. This ensures optimal working conditions and visibility. The service life of the LED reaches up to 100,000 hours (L70/B50), guaranteeing long-term use without the need to replace the light source. High color consistency (≤ 3 SDCM) ensures visual comfort.

Safety and compliance with standards

The luminaire has a protection degree of IP23, which means protection against the ingress of solid objects larger than 2.5 mm and against vertically falling drops of water. Impact resistance IK08 guarantees resistance to mechanical damage. Protection class I provides additional safety. The luminaire meets the photobiological safety standards (RG1) and has a rated ambient temperature in the range of -25°C to 50°C. The maximum number of luminaires per C16 overcurrent switch is 27 pcs, and per B16 switch – 21 pcs.
