LED recessed fitting with IP54 protection and DALI-2 control

Square fitting measuring 595 × 595 mm with a depth of 34 mm, designed for recessed, surface-mounted, or suspended installation. Housing made of steel with powder-coated finish; diffuser made of polycarbonate (PC) — material resistant to temperatures up to 850°C in flammability testing per IEC 60695-2-12. Protection rating IP54 on front and IP20 on rear — suitable for high-moisture and dusty environments such as kitchens, laboratories, or hospitals.

Light source consists of non-replaceable LEDs with a luminous flux of 5040 lm at 36 W power — luminous efficacy of 140 lm/W. Color temperature 4000 K (neutral white), color rendering index CRI 80–89, UGR 19 — complies with EN 12464-1 requirements for workstations with monitors. Light distribution is diffuse and symmetrical, with no sharp beam. Rated voltage: 220–240 V AC, power factor 0.9.

Control via DALI-2 protocol — supports both DALI and DALI-2. Compatible with Touch and Dim systems — enables control without additional switches or dimmers. No 0–10 V, PWM, DSI, RF, Bluetooth, or Zigbee functionality. No integrated potentiometer or motion/light sensors.

Installation via plug-in self-clamping connector — fast and secure electrical connection. Pass-through wiring is permitted — facilitates continuous linear lighting layouts without additional junction boxes. No ventilation slots — the fitting must not be covered with thermal insulation material.

Lifetime L70/B50: 100 000 hours at 25°C. Meets minimum durability criterion EIA L90 at 50 000 hours. Class II protection, impact resistance IK06. Photobiological safety compliant — RG0 class per EN 62471. Integrated driver included — no external ECG required.

Fitting suitable for emergency battery installations per EN 60598-2-22 — compatible with separate LEDVANCE Emergency Conversion Box. Maximum number of fittings per B16 circuit breaker: 23 units.
