Metal distribution box XL³ S 630 – solid protection for installations

The XL³ S 630 distribution box is a reliable solution for building safe and functional electrical distribution boards. Made of steel and finished with powder coating in RAL 7016, it provides durable protection for components and an aesthetic appearance. Designed for mounting protective devices with currents up to 630A, it allows for the creation of certified sets in accordance with IEC/EN 61439-2.

Construction and mounting

The construction of the distribution box is based on structural and mounting profiles, which facilitates the installation of covers (cover mounting screws available separately). The standard mounting plate provides convenient device mounting. The ability to remove the top and bottom plates increases flexibility during installation and allows for easy cable routing. The distribution box is adapted for metric mounting, which simplifies integration with existing infrastructure.

Protection and safety

The distribution box provides IP30 protection without doors, and IP40 after door installation. Additionally, using a gasket (ref. no. 3379 51) increases protection to IP43. The use of high-quality materials and a solid construction guarantee safety and long-term reliability. Powder coating provides resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage.

• The width of the distribution box is 574 mm, allowing for the installation of a large number of protective devices.
• The total height is 1424 mm, and the depth of 249 mm provides sufficient space for wiring and devices.
• RAL 7016 color (grey) matches most electrical installations.
• The possibility of mounting Lina 25 comb busbars and foam and Cabstop IP55 cable entry plates facilitates cable organization and provides additional protection against electromagnetic interference.
• The mounting plate is standard, simplifying the installation process.
