Metal distribution board XL³ S 630 – robust protection and installation flexibility

The XL³ S 630 distribution board is a reliable solution for building safe and functional electrical distribution boards. Made of steel, powder-coated in grey (RAL 7016), it provides durable protection for electrical circuits. The design is adapted for mounting protective devices with currents up to 630A, making it ideal for both commercial and industrial installations. Thanks to the possibility of creating certified sets in accordance with IEC/EN 61439-2, it guarantees compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards.

Construction and characteristics

The distribution board has a solid construction based on steel profiles and mounting profiles, allowing for easy mounting of covers (screws for mounting covers must be purchased separately). It is equipped with a mounting plate, which facilitates installation of devices. The ability to remove the top and bottom plates provides flexibility in adapting the space to individual project needs. The IP30 protection class (without doors) protects against accidental contact with live wires and the ingress of solid objects. Mounting the door increases the protection class to IP40, and using an additional gasket (ref. no. 3379 51) raises it to IP43, providing protection against water ingress.
