Metal distribution board equipped – a solid foundation for electrical installation
This metal distribution board from the XL³ S 630 series is a reliable solution for professionals and demanding users. Designed for mounting protective devices with currents up to 630A, it enables the creation of complete and certified sets in accordance with IEC/EN 61439-2. The construction provides flexibility in arranging space, and the ability to remove the top and bottom plates facilitates cable routing and adaptation to specific installation needs.
Construction and user features
The distribution board is made of powder-coated steel in gray (RAL 7016), which guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. It has mounting plates that facilitate the installation of devices. The use of high-quality materials and a solid construction ensure stability and safety of use. The IP30 protection class (without doors) protects against accidental contact with conductive parts and the ingress of solid objects. With the doors installed, the protection class increases to IP40.
Additionally, the distribution board offers:
- Possibility of mounting Lina 25 busbars and Cabstop IP55 cable entry plates – this ensures order and safety in cable routing.
- Thoughtful design allowing easy access to installation elements during maintenance and repairs.
- Height of covers 2100 mm and total height 2174 mm allow for comfortable mounting of devices of various sizes.
- Usable width 574 mm with a total width of 604 mm provides sufficient space for the required number of modules (24 modules).
- Surface finishing with powder coating increases resistance to mechanical damage and external factors.
Important: Doors and side panels must be ordered separately, allowing the distribution board to be adapted to individual project requirements.
