Advanced ATS Controller – Comprehensive Power Management

The ATS controller is an advanced device designed to control the switching between two power sources, manage the starting and stopping of a generator set, and monitor single-, two-, or three-phase supply lines. It is compatible with DPX³ and DMX³ circuit breakers as well as CTX³ contactors, making it a versatile solution for diverse installations. The device allows precise adjustment of operating parameters to meet specific requirements, ensuring reliable operation and optimal utilization of energy resources.

Functionality and Configuration Capabilities

This controller model features advanced control of up to three actuating elements, such as circuit breakers. It includes 8 programmable digital inputs and 7 programmable relay outputs, providing significant flexibility in system configuration. Additionally, the possibility of expansion with up to 3 extension modules (ref. no. 4226 90/91/92) allows functionality to be tailored to individual project requirements. The built-in RS485 communication interface enables integration with other automation systems, while the graphic LCD display ensures clear access to device status information and operating parameters.

Controller configuration can be performed either via buttons on the front panel or through dedicated software, facilitating installation and maintenance. The IR communication port on the front panel allows connection of USB or Wi-Fi modules (ref. no. 4226 87/88), extending remote access and monitoring capabilities. Device power supply can be provided from a range of 12-24-48 V DC or 110-240 V AC, enhancing its universality. The enclosure offers an IP65 protection rating, guaranteeing resistance to atmospheric conditions and ensuring safe operation in harsh environments. The controller dimensions are 240 x 180 x 56.4 mm, and the cut-out dimensions for mounting are 220 x 160 mm.
