Cable duct end cap – practical finishing of the installation

The end cap with dimensions 85x50 mm is an essential element for the aesthetic and functional completion of cable installation. Made of plastic, it provides a solid and durable finish to the KIO system, commonly used in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Thanks to its universal, symmetrical shape, it fits both the left and right side of the duct.

Installation and safety

The end cap is mounted by screwing, which guarantees stability and a secure connection. It meets the requirements of IK07 standard in terms of impact resistance – it will withstand typical mechanical damage during operation. The IP40 degree of protection means that it protects against touching and the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm. Made of halogen-free materials, it minimizes the risk of toxic gases in the event of a fire.

Materials and properties

The end cap is made of high-quality plastic, which ensures its lightness and ease of processing. White color (RAL 9010) allows for harmonious integration with the surroundings. Designed for operation in a wide temperature range from -5°C to +60°C, making it suitable for indoor applications. Raw surface finish allows for possible painting or adaptation to individual project needs.
