Cable duct base 85x50 /2m/ 330210
Universal solution for cable organization
This KIO cable duct base with dimensions 85x50 mm is a practical solution for both professional installers and end-users. It serves to aesthetically and safely route electrical, telecommunication or network cables. A length of 2 meters allows for flexible adaptation to the needs of a specific installation. Made of durable plastic - polyvinyl chloride (PVC) - it ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage.
Construction and mounting
The base is made in white color (RAL 9010) and has perforation in the lower part, which facilitates mounting and fixing to the substrate. The possibility of mounting a cover in the middle of the duct provides additional protection for the cables. The back wall of the base is perforated, providing greater freedom in cable routing. The useful cross-section of 3585 mm² allows for accommodating a large number of cables. The duct is symmetrical, making it easy to use universally. The degree of protection IP40 guarantees protection against touching and the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm. Impact resistance IK07 confirms its mechanical strength.
Application and benefits
The KIO duct is used in offices, homes, public buildings and anywhere where organized cable routing is required. Thanks to it, cables are protected from damage, and the installation gains an aesthetic appearance. The possibility of using one movable partition allows for flexible adjustment of the internal space to the user's needs. Protective film protects the surface of the duct during transport and installation. The width of the cover (80mm) provides convenient access to the cables after installation. This duct is designed to operate at temperatures from -5°C to +60°C, making it suitable for most standard installation conditions.
