Cross connector - 10 AX - 250 V~ - screw terminals, ALUMINIUM SUNO 721307
Functionality and application
The Suno series cross switch is an element of electrical installation that allows controlling a single lighting circuit from more than two points. This is particularly useful in long corridors, stairs or large rooms, where convenient access to the light switch is key. This model is characterized by a rated current of 10 A and a voltage of 250 V, making it suitable for standard domestic and commercial installations. Made of high-quality thermoplastic material, it ensures durability and reliable operation.
Construction and installation
The Suno cross switch has screw terminals that guarantee a secure and safe connection of wires. Installation is flush-mounted, which provides an aesthetic look of the installation. The dimensions of the device (72.9 mm x 72.9 mm x 40.7 mm) allow for easy adaptation to standard flush-mount boxes, and the installation depth of 27.3 mm minimizes its visibility after installation. In addition, the set includes a mounting plate to facilitate installation. The lacquered finish in aluminum color (RAL 9023 shade) gives it an elegant look and provides resistance to mechanical damage.
Safety and compliance with standards
The device is made of halogen-free materials, which increases safety in case of fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases during combustion. It has a protection degree of IP20, which means protection against touching with fingers and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. Impact resistance IK04 guarantees resistance to mechanical damage. The switch meets applicable safety standards, providing users with peace of mind and reliable operation. The color of the switching element is consistent with the housing – aluminum, which affects the aesthetics of the entire system. Importantly – the aluminum color is obtained by coloring the material in the mass, not by surface painting, which translates into longer color durability and resistance to abrasion.
