This XL3 S 160 flush-mounted distribution board is a solid solution for safe and organized distribution of electrical energy. Designed for wall mounting, it provides a discreet appearance and saves space. It has been designed with installers and end-users in mind, offering easy installation and subsequent expansion.

Construction and functionality

Made of durable steel, the distribution board housing provides lasting protection for internal components. It has 7 rows, providing up to 252 module spaces for circuit breakers, protective devices and other equipment. The set includes TH35 brackets, allowing for the mounting of modular devices at a standard 150 mm spacing. This makes installation quick and intuitive. The mounting plate included in the set further facilitates cable organization.

The distribution board is adapted for mounting both DPX³ 160 circuit breakers and standard modular devices. The possibility of equipping it with cable glands and Lina 25 comb channels increases the flexibility of the installation and allows it to be adapted to individual needs. Independent adjustment of the depth of the TH35 brackets allows for precise adjustment of the space to specific devices.

Safety and compliance with standards

The distribution board meets the requirements for safe use, providing protection against electric shock and short circuit. The IP30 degree of protection protects against accidental contact with live wires. Please note that to obtain full protection (IP40) it is necessary to purchase and install appropriate doors. The housing has RAL 9003 front covers, which further protect the internal elements from mechanical damage.

According to the manufacturer's information, the distribution board was not manufactured in accordance with the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive – it is worth taking this into account when designing installations in specific environmental conditions.
