Finishing strips for distribution boards – aesthetics and functionality

Finishing strips from the XL3 S series are a practical solution for organizing and securing wiring inside distribution boards. Made of metal, they provide durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Their main task is to aesthetically close the cable space, improving the appearance of the installation and minimizing the risk of accidental contact with live wires.

Installation and application

The strips are designed for mounting in XL3 S distribution boards with a height of 630 mm. Thanks to their construction, they allow for easy cable routing and connection organization. A width of 36.75 mm allows for the free arrangement of cables of various thicknesses. A height of 708.75 mm ensures full coverage of the available space in the distribution board. A depth of 17 mm does not significantly affect the internal dimensions of the housing, while providing sufficient protection against accidental contact with wires.

Durability and appearance

Made of metal, the strips are characterized by high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. White color (RAL 9003) harmoniously blends with most elements of distribution boards, giving them a neat and professional look. The grid / lattice model facilitates cable routing and provides good ventilation, which is important for maintaining the optimal operating temperature of the devices. A strip length of 36 meters allows for a comprehensive finishing of the distribution board without the need to use many mounting elements.
